A Brief History of The Mill Judo Club
The Mill Judo club was founded in 1968 By Dave Bevan 7th Dan (Now retired) in Benfleet Essex.
It then Moved to the Rayleigh Mill in Rayleigh when John Mayes Joined the Club in 1971
In 1988 It moved again to Hockley Community Centre as the Mill Club House at Rayleigh was knocked
down to create a new car park. John Mayes and Nathan Searles are the founder members of the current club.
