Paul Knott took up Judo with the British Judo Council (M.A.C.) at the Mill Hall Judo Club in 1973 Aged 9.
He was awarded his Junior Black Belt at the age of 14 and had a String of Junior Championship Wins under his Belt.
At 18 he joined the Royal Navy and became
a member of the Royal Navy Association Squad.
Paul has competed at Regional and National
Competition Level all his Judo Career and has won several titles.
Paul currently holds the grade of 2nd Dan in the British Judo Council (M.A.C.), The British Judo Association and the All England Judo Federation.
He is also a qualified Regional Coach, and
Referee in the BJC (M.A.C.) & A.E.J.F. and a Regional Examiner for the BJC (M.A.
C.).
Paul also holds the Post of Eastern Region
Coach within the BJC (M.A.C.).
